Jurassic Games 2018 shows you that a modest budget plays just as well as a big budget movie with the word Jurassic in its title, when it’s done correctly. This blood sport feature has a well devised plot keeping the interest, action and tension up throughout. While It’s not an original plot (think Hunger Games) it’s certainly the best the dinosplotation world has spawned so far. What this plot does especially well is in polarising your choice of the characters you want to see survive. The animators' favourites are all here, raptors, T rex and pterodactyl as staples but also a nice working in with a scene of a Sabre-toothed cat. Ohh and a brief appearance of a Triceratops. The CGI is top notch for my money making it the best non franchises Dino movie to date, it held my attention start to finish. If you have ever wondered how a Chinese martial artist would stack up against three raptors in a small room, then this is the movie for you.
