Can't Wait For The T Rex To Eat Every Last One Of These Guys ⭐⭐

Aztec Rex 2008 is a made for the Sy Fy channel movie. It has a wonderful Mexican setting in an oft overlooked period of history. I love a costume drama as much as the next person and visually it is well carried off and the CGI, given the time in which it was made is ok if not immersive. However, It is let down by its portrayal of the indigenous peoples of this time. I guess dinosaur movies like shark movies need their bikini count. Anyway, the female protagonist looks more like Tarzans Jane than an Aztec princess. A serviceable, no surprises plot entertains but seems a little overlong. So come for the interesting premise but resist the temptation to fast forward on the flat acting.
